6. Refund & Return Policy

• Physical Goods: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Item must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the buyer’s expense (unless faulty or damaged on arrival).

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product is accessed/downloaded.

• Australian Customers: Your rights under the ACL are not affected. You may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if goods are faulty, unsafe, or not as described.

• Faulty or Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/video) for a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All Products, including digital and physical content, remain our intellectual property and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our Products. Use of all Products is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. International customers agree that any disputes will be resolved under these same laws, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection legislation.
