SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer applies to all orders placed through our website, including physical goods, digital products, and pre-orders. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) and within the stated timeframes on our product pages.

  • Order processing time begins once payment has been confirmed and all required order information has been received.

2. Physical Goods (Books, Merchandise, Tangible Items)

  • All physical orders are shipped within the stated timeframes; however, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to postal delays, customs inspections, weather events, strikes, or carrier issues.

  • Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage in transit. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. We are not liable for packages delayed, held, or refused at customs.

  • If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to customer inaction, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

3. Digital Goods (eBooks, Video, Audio, Downloads)

  • Digital products are delivered electronically via the email address or download link provided at checkout. No physical product will be shipped for these items.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they provide a valid email address and have the required device/software to open the file(s).

  • Download links are active for [X days] from purchase (unless otherwise stated). Customers are responsible for saving a backup copy of the files for future access.

  • We are not liable for delays or access issues caused by spam filters, internet outages, third-party platform errors, or incorrect contact details.

  • Once a digital product has been delivered (via download link, email, or direct access), it is deemed “received.” Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

  • All digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, uploaded, or distributed without our prior written consent.

4. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

  • Estimated delivery dates for pre-order or back-order items are provided for guidance only and may change due to production or supply chain factors.

  • If your order contains both available and pre-ordered items, we may ship them separately at our discretion.

5. Third-Party Fulfillment

  • We may use third-party companies to produce or deliver some products (including print-on-demand, warehousing, and digital hosting). We are not responsible for their operational delays, errors, or failures beyond our control.

6. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, pandemics, government restrictions, or power/internet outages.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Customers agree to contact us directly to attempt resolution before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or public complaint.

  • We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, access logs, or communication records in the event of a dispute.

8. Compliance & Jurisdiction

  • Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Where such laws provide additional protections, those protections apply in addition to this policy.

  • This policy is governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
